Ahmad Gazali

Gazali is Off Counsel at ANC. He has experience in wide variety of corporate and commercial matters including bank mergers, numerous loan transactions representing both banks and borrowers, loan restructurings, joint ventures, corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment matters and in connection with general commercial contracts.

In addition to that he also experienced in representing international bank and financial institution in numerous high profile commercial litigation cases in Indonesia.

Gazali worked for several law firms in Indonesia, among others, Hutabarat, Halim & Rekan, Rosetini, Melanita & Partners and Melanita & Partners and in house counsel experience as the Head of Legal Department of PT Komatsu Indonesia. Gazali obtained his law degree from Universitas Padadjaran, Indonesia and master degree in Business Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Indonesia. He has more than 20 years legal practice experience in Indonesia and Gazali is qualified to practice Indonesian law and a member of the Indo- nesian Advocate Association (PERADI). He also focuses on energy project and oil and gas practices.
